Updating nonstop

I just can't believe myself that I am updating my blog almost everyday or maybe every other day if not everyday, hahaha. It is not natural for me to be updating my blog like this, maybe I am just inspired or just having this urge to blog about whatever stuffs.

Anyway, yesterday I went to this faculty meeting slash orientation at school and I am starting to feel the professional wind blowing into my system although there are still this thoughts and feelings that I don't want to undergo the stress of being an instructor but then again there is no harm in trying. I had so much fun, the fact that I am getting more closer and closer to the people I've been with for the past 4 years of my college existence and now I am getting to know them on the deeper aspect. It was nice to know that despite the fact that I am their former student they are also giving me the same respect as an instructor, I am very overwhelmed by the treatment and at the same time thankful that I did a great job on the decision department which is deciding if I'll take the job or not.

By the way, have you seen Nadine's vlog? OMG! She is such a good singer, I admit I am so envy her. As you can see I am a frustrated singer but I disappoint myself when I start singing, hahaha. Go check it out.

Speaking of vlog, I wonder when will I have the guts to make one? I mean I've been thinking of vlogging for ages now and even made lots of vlog although it all went to that desktop icon called recycle bin and never will be retrieve again, hahaha. I just wished one of this days I'll have the guts to show the world my kagagahan moments.

Before I forget, now I know the reason why my day was ruined yesterday. It's because o that Friday the 13th thing although I am not a believer but I guess I need to start believing in it. Yesterday was a good vibes turned to bad vibes and up to now it still is.

SCHOOL is COOL!

School Year 2008 - 2009 will already start in about a couple of days from now that means there will be no more late night activities and fun because you need to wake up as early as you can for your 7am class.

That reminds me of my every first school day moments wherein I keep on forcing myself to wake up as early as 5:30am to prepare for my 7am class and wherein I rush my every morning rituals just so I can do it all in a short period of time. Those are the most precious days of my entire student life.

Now that I'm done with the student life and starting to explore the real world, I am not going to miss those precious moments when I was still a student. Thinking why I wouldn't missed it? It's because I am still going to do that same actions over and over again for 6 months because just like a student I am now preparing myself for my first school day moment for school not being a student but being an assistant instructor. My environment suddenly turned to a 180 degrees in a blink of an eye.

Yes! I'm proud to say that I am going to teach 1st year and some 2nd year students on the very same school that I graduated. It's not actually easy for me since there are still people studying there who are close to me and I'm not sure if I can work effectively with them teasing around but I guess I can handle it.

Here's my SY 2008 - 2009 schedule

My schedule is fully loaded but I'll still have the time to enjoy life. Based on my schedule my ranking is Full Time, Assistant Instructor and I have a units overload.

I'm going to teach IT subjects some of which are easy for me while some I still need to study but I'm ready and at least I learn more. I just which I'll be an effective instructor and I am also hoping that my soon to be students will cooperate and learn from me.

I'll leave you all with that but I'll be back for more updates later. I'm already tired and sleepy.

RUNNING AWAY FROM MY COMFORT ZONE

I know that almost everyone of you know that I am a fresh graduate and up to now I still can't find for a job that would suit me or maybe I am not just trying very hard.

Actually before I am officially called a graduate my alma mater, dls - sti colleges quezon avenue, is already offering me a job which is to become a professor in which of course I will teach subjects that interest my course. It's not just any other normal "Hey! You want to work for us?" conversation, the IT Dean was the one asking me. I seriously want to grab the opportunity because among the many students on my batch who I can say is more intelligent than I am, they will still want to hire me as a professor.

I'm more on the or side right now although the reasons are clearly stating that I should take the yes side. Here are some of the reasons that I am telling you.

yes
1. I know a lot of people which makes me more comfortable to work
2. The school is near to where I live
3. I don't need to go under the pressure of all the steps to be hired
4. The job is looking for me and not me looking for it

no
1. I want to explore the real world more
2. I want to take he challenge
3. I want to grow and run away from my comfort zone

I know the reasons are very minor and minimal but that's how I can think right now. I know I shouldn't be allowing myself turn into a pessimistic person that I am not but as of now I can't control it, maybe because I am confused and somewhat desperate to look for a job not because people are forcing me but I feel so bored and having a job will keep me away from that boredom.

The school becomes my comfort zone and until now I am still attached because of the simple reason that it also won't let me go. I am not complaining at all but do you think working around my comfort zone would be the best idea that I will do? Right at this very moment, I still didn't agree to work for them. I just told them that I am still waiting for my mom's opinion about the situation, which is so true. I want to grow up and run away from my childhood but I know that this will save me and let me learn more not just about myself but also about the things that I would love to know.

I am confused and tired of thinking. Maybe I should give in maybe not. I still have a week or two to decide and hopefully it will not be to late for me.

I thought everything would be alright but it's not and it is true, there is really a lot to know outside the comfort zone and that is the real world.

Currently MIA

I'm such a loser for really neglecting my blog although I have a reason for the neglection I still can't help but feel sorry for myself for not allowing myself my other world which is in the world wide web.

I'm going to flood you with all the updates from the past weeks that I'm not online the next time that I will have the chance to be online again. I have a lot to tell you and probably it'll bore you to death, hahaha. I so miss you all and I promise to be back as soon as I can.

Hiatus mode

I don't really want to be on a hiatus mode but I just did because I've been busy looking for my first ever job and so far I haven't got one yet, boo me. All my accounts are neglected big time and I can only respond to your messages and comments every other week or so. Also, my internet connection is being a bitch on me.

Anyway, got myself a new layout. What can you say about it? Is it nice or not? I'm kind of tired with the black and pink combination. Whatever.

Oh gawd! I super miss Edward and Bella. I'm done with all the 3 books and I'm still waiting for the 4th one. I can't wait to let them intrude my life, hahaha.

When I'm not hunting for a job, I am pretty much busy watching television. I so love watching the ETC channel as well as the Velvet and the Food Network and MTV of course. I am currently addicted again with The Simple Life and Meeting up with the Kardishians. Must not forget about the Gossip Girl which I am currently downloading the 16th episode.

Oh well, I really don't know what else to talk about. I'll leave you now with this random post and a new layout. I promise to be back with a decent post.

Long and winding road.

Never mind the nonsense title but this will really be a long one due to my neglecting issues on my blog for almost a week, I've been one busy girl. I don't know how to and where to start, so please do bear with me for this very random yet organize entry. I'll try to make it as short as possible maybe by putting pictures and less talk, hahaha. Oh well, here it goes.

april 22, 2008 - graduation rehearsal

Woke up early at around 6am to prepare because I am going to go get my SSS number unfortunately I was not able to acquire my number because I left th original copy of my birth certificate at home and all I got was the photocopy. Then at around 12pm, me and boyfriend went to Manila Hotel for the graduation rehearsal. I was really tired and exhausted when the practice is over, not because we are practicing for hours but due to the heat. Kamusta naman ang puro electric fan and wala man lamang aircon na bukas? As if naman kakayanin nang electric fan na palamigin ang buong lugar, hahaha. Ate at Pizza Hut then bought the perfect dress then home because we are so damn tired.

april 23, 2008 - day with my girls

Went to the mall with Jonnah, my sister, and Jenny, my cousin-in-law. Went to buy make-ups that I'm going to use for my graduation. We also bought some nail polishes while we are strolling around the mall, adik kami sa nail polish e. Ate at Burgoo, kamusta naman na sabihin nila na birthday ko ayun tuloy kinantahan ako nang birthday song tapos meron pang libre ice cream, hahaha! Nakakahiya na nakakatawa.

april 25, 2008 - baccalaureate mass

Mass at St. Paul Parish Church, after the mass there was a clinical graduation for the nursing students. Went to BK Timog to eat at magpalipas oras because I still need to go to school to get my toga and invitation.

april 28, 2008 - graduation day

Woke up at around 6:30am to prepare because I need to be at the venue before 1pm. Atleast waking early will give me a lot of time to prepare for the hair and make-up and all that stuff. After the graduation, we went home then straight to Makati to dip in the pool.

I'm so happy and every sacrifice was all worth it.

april 29, 2008 - birthday bash

I wasn't sure if I should be happy because I am already 21 but I guess I should be, hahaha. Celebrated my birthday with my family, ate at something fishy. We where there starting 6:30am until 10am and the best thing was it's an eat-all-you-can breakfast buffet, hahaha. Fooood is loooove.

Just an update.

I really don't know what to blog about since there is nothing that would interest you with what's going on with m this past few weeks because seriously I also am super bored with my life lately. I was a total bum this month and I guess I'll be bumming around until June maybe, hahaha. It's not actually funny, was it? Oh well, I'm pointless I know.

Anyway, last april 13 was my Tita's birthday. We had dinner at Marikina Riverbanks wherein th food is really freshly cooked and delicious. Oh, how can I forget it's also cheap. Imagine we ordered 2 Sisigs, 2 Inihaw na Liempo with grated cheese, 2 Pusit with grated cheese, 2 Tilapia, 2 Talong with mangang hilaw with kamatis, 2 baked tahong with grated cheese, and 1 super big bowl of Sinigang sa miso and we, actually my tita, paid only a whooping amount of not more than php 1,000. Call it really cheap. We are like 18 people and the bill is lesser than expected when 18 person will eat out. Anyway, we bought with us lots of rice like 2 KFC buckets full of rice.

Vair moments

I went to school yesterday for the graduation pictorial, I thought I'll be late because I friggin' woke up at 8:30 in the morning when I was supposed to be in school at 8am. Yea! Call it filipino time. Anyway, I was rushing to death and I can't believe that I got to school at around 9:15am. I got to do all the stuffs in less than an hour, hahaha.

Thank God the power went off until about 10am but I need to wait for until an hour before the photo session begins. Asking why the power went down? Well according to the news their is some sort of constructions going on somewhere and their crane hit the power lines resulting for the sudden blackout in some areas in Quezon City, Manila, Valenzuela, etc.

The photo session was kind of bitin so I continued the camwhoring session when I got back home and when I say camwhoring session I really mean it, hahaha.

I actually took off the original makeup that they got me for the pictorial because it will not look good on a digicam shot because I guess it will only be great on a pictorial type of cameras. Although I didn't remove the eye part because I think it was hot, hahaha. I love my what they did on my eyes, would you agree on that? Please do, hahaha.

Wohooo

Today was a very great day for me, okay not really the greatest day but it's great. Ang labo ko ata! Anyway, there are lots of things to celebrate today.

It's my mom's birthday. It's been awhile now

I'm doing great now, I'm actually feeling positive now. Thanks everyone for boosting my very pessimistic ego. I'm not going to elaborate the situation why I am feeling that way.

Before I update you about my life, I've notice that some of my friends had done a total make-over on their layout. Hopefully, I'll change my layout again when I feel the inspiration.

Went to my father's condo in Makati. My sister and I usually go there during summer and whenever we feel like having a free dip in the pool, hahaha. We went there at around 3:30pm together with some of our cousins.

I'll have my share of the so-called Hongkong cable ride, hahaha.

Sige, mag-chismisan pa kayo.

It's summer time.

We were in the pool at around 5pm until 8pm, we had so much fun. But before I dipped myself in the pool, I went first to Walter Mart to have a dose of my all-time favorite gelato from Amici and shawarma. Too bad, Amici's price went up because it was now operated by Red Ribbon and not by Don Bosco itself. But their gelato is still one of my favorite.

Ate dinner at around 8:30pm then bonding moments with the fambam, then they went to bed while I read a book because I wasn't sleepy yet. I tucked myself in at around 2am.

I hate them for not telling me that we are going to stay there for the night. Buti na lang meron akong extra undies and shorts tapos nakahiram ako nang shirt sa sister ko, I was like the only one who have no idea about the overnight stay.

Woke up at 9am then had my early bonding with my youngest sibling. His telling me about the beatles, yes the band. I was like "Whoa! How old are you again? And you are so much interested with them", hahaha.

After that short bonding, we went downstairs to have our breakfast. Then at about 10:30am off to the pool to have our morning swim. We all went out the pool at about 2pm or 3pm.

We had so much fun, super laugh trip talaga kami. Medyo naging nangitim ako pero ayos lang summer naman, hahaha.

One more thing na super funny was when we are on our way back home. Obviously, sumakay kami ulit sa MRT, since we have male cousins malamang hiwalay. Sumakay kami dun sa dulo nang female lane then yung cousins naman namin first lane for the males. We are waving with each other when suddenly 2 fugly males waved back at us, we are totally laughing our ass off even our male cousins are laughing really hard. Ang feeling naman kasi nila, hahaha.

After a long fight with the boyfriend, he insisted to take me out for a date. We went malling then ate at Pizza Hut then home. Not much on a date but it's okay as long as we are together, yikeeee!

PS: I was supposed to have my first ever job interview at around 10am, hindi ako pumunta kasi kinakabahan ako, tinatamad ako tsaka call center yun. Pero nakipag-date ako kay boyfriend, hahaha.
