Hey everyone! How are you all doing? I hope you did have a very great week. As for me my week is very tiring although I must admit that I did have fun. I am really in the mood to blog today but because of the week long hiatus I am not sure where to start but I do assure that I have lots of stories to share to you all. I guess I'll blog in taglish to express my feelings more realistic.
Have you experience yung super prepared ka na sa lesson mo and all those jazz when suddenly out of the blue bigla na lang nawalan nang laman yung utak mo na tipong kung ano-ano na lang yung nasasabi mo then after a while you'll suddenly realized that you just did embarrassed yourself in front of the whole class? Well I actually did experience it and I (or shall I say we) call it the basag moments and when I say basag I do really meant it. Nakakahiya lang talaga pero buti na lang mga fast learner yung mga students ko at na-gets naman nila agad noong nag-explain ako ulit this time yung tama na ang na-explain ko kasi nasa ulirat na ako. Besides it was already late at night since that subject started at 6pm until 9pm, I just I was dead tired during that day.
Another thing that I want to share is my feelings towards one of the section that I am handling. I am pretty much annoyed by the way that they are acting and their attitude are just so different when I was a 1st year college students. I never showed them na mataray ako or terror ako, nakikipag-lokohan pa nga ako sa kanila kaya lang eto talagang section na to umaabuso naman. Hindi nila alam kung kelan dapat huminto sa pagbiro buti pa yung ibang section alam nila. Another thing that I hate about them is their very loud voices which really creates a loud noise which is not only distracting me but also the other class adjacent to the classroom that I am using. Biruin mo ang harang lang naman noong isang room dun sa room kung nasaan kami is a plastic folding divider syempre sobrang rinig yun diba. Buti naman at kahit paano nakikinig na din yung iba sa kanila natauhan siguro, ikaw ba naman na makarinig nang sermon nang one and a half hour ewan ko na lang kung hindi pa tatagos sa utak mo yung sinasabi sayo e. But it wasn't me you talked to them, it's one of my colleagues na lagi ko nasasabihan about this section.
Grabe! Ang hectic nang schedule ko ngayon paano naghahabol ako nang lessons dahil malapit na mag-exam. Hindi naman dahil sa mabagal ako meron kasing time na may mga events tapos tumatama sa subject na tinuturuan ko kaya nala-late ako sa pagturo. Hanggang ngayon hindi pa ako tapos mag-input nang mga grades for the quizzes and stuffs lalo na yung ibang attendance, hindi ko pa nagagawa.
I was planning to finish it all today but I have a seminar to attend at 1pm until 5pm, maybe I'll finish it all up on Sunday.
I wished I did update you on what's going on with me lately kahit na halos wala pa sa kalahati yung na-share ko sa inyo ngayon. Promised to update as much as I can and o not abandon this blog ever again.
PS. Kapag ba meron kang mga students na hindi pumasa sa quiz pero meron naman mga nakapasa does it shows that you are not a great instructor or not? Wala naman. Kasi nagsisimula na yung pagbaba nang self-esteem ko kasi feeling ko hindi ako magaling na instructor kasi merong mga bumabagsak sa mga quizzes ko although lahat naman yun nasa notes din naman nila. Nakaka-frustrate ha.
